Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble machines from the company's product line following blueprints and schematics.
- Build sub-assemblies and components as needed.
- Use a variety of industry-standard power and hand tools.
- Make electrical connections and perform wiring as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines during assembly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe assembly area.
- Complete builds in a timely manner, adhering to production schedules.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and supervisor instructions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of assembly experience in manufacturing or mechanical work.
- Proficient with wrenches, ratchets, drills, and other industry tools.
- Skilled in assembly procedures such as grinding, tapping, and precise measuring.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
